Damages and issues
All our products are handmade by master artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products.
Please take videos/ photos once you receive your order, and inspect the product upon receiving. Kindly contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement / exchange the product for a different product of the same value / refund your order amount within 21 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.
We request you to write to us in detail with supporting images of the defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org or at 8822038277
All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer, and on delivering your replacement, The Green Collective will cover shipping charges.
Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
